The Linked Euroregion Arts Development Network (LEAD) brings together
professionals in the cultural sectors of the Nord Pas-de-Calais, Kent,
Hainaut, and West Flanders. It is based around international cooperation,
the use of ICT and cross-border working and is co-financed by the European
Union's INTERREG III A programme.

Lead brengt de professionele culturele sector van Noord-Frankrijk,
West-Vlaanderen, Kent en Henegouwen in een netwerk samen rond thema's als
internationale samenwerking en NICT (Nieuwe Informatie- en
Communicatietechnologie). Het Lead-initiatief wordt gesteund door het
Interreg III programma.
